Services are provided exclusively based on a written contract concluded between the parties.
The Client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding their financial situation and investment objectives. marianapopova undertakes to provide advice based on best practices in the field, without guaranteeing specific financial results. Any recommendation is strictly advisory and does not constitute legal or tax advice.
marianapopova is not liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the application of the recommendations provided. The total liability of marianapopova for any claim related to services is limited to the amount of the fee paid for that service. The Client confirms that they understand the risks associated with investments and the volatility of financial markets.
Service fees are established by contract and invoiced according to agreed terms. For educational programs, refunds are possible only within 14 days of purchase, provided that access to the content has not been activated. No refunds are granted for consulting services already provided.
marianapopova reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of contractual terms, including the provision of false information or non-payment of fees. The Client may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, in accordance with the clauses stipulated in the individual contract.
marianapopova may modify these terms of use, notifying clients at least 30 days in advance by email or by posting on the website. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
